AP Racing- Weekend Wrap Up + What's Coming!

AP RACING CLAIMS PODIUMS FROM
‘THE END’ TO INDIANA

“The End is Just The Beginning'“ For the victories AP Racing racked up this weekend!

AP Racing took over ‘the end’ when we travelled out to Montauk, NY to claim podium spots and overall wins in the 70.3, 5150, and Sprint Distance Races.

Matt Raske took the overall win at the 70.3 Distance, Karina Parr claimed the 2nd step in the Sprint distance race where John Meyerle took the overall Sprint Distance victory, and Mary Beth won at the Olympic Distance and Franz Hinojosa took 2nd place! Overall, AP Racing had a great weekend of racing, laughs, and fun in Montauk!

When asked how he was able to claim victory by over 20+ minutes in the 70.3, Matt Raske said:

“I was inspired by all of the amazing AP Racing Athletes out on course and knew I could trust my training and coaching from the best team in Tri”.

Raquel Flexes in Indiana!

What a day for AP Racing Athlete, Raquel Sampson, as she stormed to 2nd place at Ironman Indiana.

Raquel has been training with #APRACING for 2 years now and I can honestly say she has yet to miss a workout or not execute a workout almost perfectly. Wit that, the biggest difference in Raquel over the past 2 years has been her understanding of how to train and execute; her understanding has made her a faster athlete. Here at AP Racing, we always say that if we do our jobs right, we might eventually find ourselves without athletes to coach because our #1 goal is to make every athlete a smarter athlete.

On race day, Raquel scored a Personal Best and also had personal bests in all bike power #’s over 90 minutes.
I would say her training supported her day and ability to execute flawlessly.
Congrats on the podium #rockstarraquel!
