AP RACING CAMP

LET’S TRAIN. LET’S PLAY. LET’S CREATE NEW MEMORIES.
You are part of ‘the crew’ or have been to one of our camps.
You have made some great friends along the way.
You are highly independent.
And you want to get a major fitness boost
while being pushed and learning from each other.
Then, these camps are for you.
These camps are not like our other camps
We will still coach.
We will still provide logistics support,
IE: host hotel recommendations, pools, structured workouts,
but we will not be hand holding, we will be training too.
If you need some extra attention, we might give it,
but these weeks are more about training,
and learning ‘on the road’ from training side by side with our staff
and from the training sessions.
PLEASE NOTE- ANDY WILL NOT BE IN ATTENDANCE AT ALL OF THESE CAMPS. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW IF HE WILL BE AT A SPECIFIC CAMP, ASK.

A FEW THNIGS TO NOTE
- PLEASE NOTE: ANDY IS A ‘SOLID MAYBE’ FOR ATTENDANCE AT THIS TRAINING CAMP
- These will be long days of really solid training for everyone.
- The riding and running is amazing in this area. You will have everything from 100’s of miles of farmland to some of the most difficult climbs in the country, tree cover and wineries. Expect light traffic, zero stop lights and maybe a few stop signs.
- You can arrive/depart any day you want. The goal would be to train for at least 3-5 solid days.
- Our group will re-locate on Thursday night to support athletes racing IM Santa Rosa and train in that area.
