A-Race or Long Course Event(70.3+) AFTER JULY 15th?
Stay the course for now. Your plan is optimized for these later events.

If you’re A-Race was Postponed or Cancelled: You have a few options here-
Option 1: Return back to base/foundational training and then slide your training FORWARD for your new race date.
We recommend at least an 8-12 week block to prepare you for race day. You can access our base training plan and apply it to your training with the information below:

If you have other races(not A-races) that were postponed or cancelled pre July 15th. You can Do Any Of The Following:
PLUG + PLAY: You can plug this 2 week block of training for race week and post race week as a great test of your fitness and to re-assess your training/zones.
REUSE + RECYCLE: You can re-insert and rinse/repeat this week any time one of your races was postponed or cancelled, in place of the current race week

Can’t Swim? No Problem- we have supplemental plan options for you!
Bike Training: Supplement your swim training with additional bike training. It is fairly low impact and can give you a nice boost. Here is a link to 9 weeks of bike workouts that will serve as a great supplement to your current training. There are over 49 workouts here to plug and play within your existing plan or you can simply use these workouts over the next 8-12 weeks if you are going to switch back to more of a foundation based training model.
