If you need help, we are here to help. Check out these key resources to help answer all of your training and racing needs.

AP RACING- COACHES CORNER

If you have questions, they have probably been answered in our coaches corner. The coaches corner includes a database of articles with everything from Training Methodology to Race Tips to Race Guides. This is your go-to resource for triathlon reading to gain a better understanding of what you are doing everyday.

AP RACING- Nutrition + Strength

Need help with your daily diet and nutrition? Want 1:1 Strength Training, that can include video analysis + coaching? We got you covered. As part of AP Racing, you have access to Infinit’s race day nutrition consulting and basic body movement strength training. If you want to take your strength training up a level, come train with us!

The AP Racing FB Page is your ‘go to resource’ for all things AP RACING! We use the FB page to ask/answer questions, post up event/team announcements, organize activities, and much more. If you have a question and can’t find the answer in the Coaches Corner, then post up in the FB group, you will surely get your answer.

AP RACING- STRAVA PAGE

It’s not about measuring up, it’s about measuring with. We all have different goals and objectives- being part of a team means succeeding together. Join our STRAVA group for some extra motivation, to participate in group training activities + to simply be awesome. No judgement, unless you don’t do it.

SWIM VIDEO ANALYSIS

If you would like us to take a look at your swim video + provide a critique. Upload your video to youtube + then email us a link to your video. We will upload it to Coach’s Eye and send you back a full analysis as well as some drills/things to work on. We can also follow up with a phone call to talk through any questions you might have.

AP RACING- POST RACE SURVEY

After every race, come here + fill out this form. Note: You need a google account to sign in. Post race- it is important to take stock of how you did, your training up to the race, + what you can build/change. This exercise can help you identify areas for improvement, give us key information, + provide info for Athlete Spotlights.
